Privacy Policy

Nexusplus ("Nexusplus", "we", "us") is operated by Conant Solutions, LLC, based in State of California, United States. This policy explains the categories of personal data we handle, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the controls you have over it.

Categories of personal data we handle

• Contact records you sync from the providers you connect — Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCloud, and Google Contacts. Google access is read-only: Nexusplus can read your Google contacts, it does not write to them.
• Provider credentials (OAuth tokens, or an app-specific password for iCloud) — encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, using a key held only on our servers. Credentials are never exposed to, or readable by, any AI assistant you connect to Nexusplus.
• Your assistant's tool calls — when you connect an AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT) via OAuth, the requests it makes to read or change your contacts, and the OAuth grant itself (which scopes and lists it was authorized for, and when).
• Email metadata, only if you turn on the email scan for a connected Outlook mailbox: sender and recipient addresses, dates, and message counts. We do not collect message subject lines or body content by default — a deliberate policy as of September 2026. Message content may be added later, on your request, for a specific deal, hire, or event; it is never collected automatically.
• AI usage counts — how many AI-assisted operations you've used, so we can enforce usage limits. This is a count, not the content of what was processed.

Data minimization

Nexusplus's tools never collect payment card data, health records, government-issued ID numbers, or account passwords/credentials for any service other than the provider connection you explicitly authorize. We gather only what a tool needs to do the specific thing you asked it to do.

Purposes of use

Nexusplus turns contact records scattered across your providers — a name spelled differently in Outlook, a phone number that only exists in iCloud — into one accurate, explainable record per person, and keeps it current:

• Converging evidence from every connected provider into one record per contact, without merging two different people who happen to share an address or an office phone line.
• Flagging likely duplicate contacts for your review.
• Ranking which contact details are current using correspondence evidence — for example, an address you've actually exchanged mail with recently outranks one imported once and never used again.
• Letting an AI assistant you connect, via OAuth and with your explicit consent, read your contacts and propose reversible changes on your behalf.

Google user data

Nexusplus's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Contacts data is used only to provide the user-facing contact features you requested inside Nexusplus, is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not transferred to any human except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.

Who can see it

• You, and anyone you explicitly share a contact list with.
• The database enforces row-level isolation: every query is scoped to your own lists, so another user's data is not reachable through the application, even by mistake.
• Nexusplus's operator has narrow, read-only diagnostic access to the production database and server logs, used to investigate reported problems — not to browse customer data as a matter of course.

Recipients

Nexusplus sends your contact data only to the providers you yourself connected — your own Outlook, iCloud, or Google account, and any AI assistant you have explicitly authorized via OAuth. We do not sell contact data, and we do not share it with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-broker service. The specific systems involved:

• Microsoft Graph API — to sync the Outlook account you connect.
• Apple iCloud (CardDAV) — to sync the iCloud account you connect.
• Google People API — to read the Google account you connect (read-only scope; Nexusplus cannot write to your Google contacts).
• AI assistant platforms you connect (for example Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's ChatGPT) — when you authorize one of these to access Nexusplus, it receives only the data returned by the specific tool calls you make, for your own requests.
• Anthropic's Claude API — Nexusplus itself uses this internally for a small number of AI-assisted features: merging notes from multiple sources, evaluating the quality of an import batch, and searching the public web for a contact's LinkedIn profile. These send contact fields such as name, company, and notes to Anthropic for processing — never raw email content.

Retention

We keep your data until you delete or disconnect it. Concretely:

• Archiving or deleting a contact removes it from Nexusplus and, where applicable, requests its removal from the providers you've connected.
• Deleting a contact list removes the Nexusplus markers it wrote to your connected providers, then deletes the list's data from Nexusplus. You can export an archive of a list's data first.
• Disconnecting a provider or an AI assistant in Settings stops Nexusplus from syncing with it going forward; previously-synced contact data is retained until you delete it, since it remains your record of that contact.
• Deleting your account entirely is available today as an administrator-assisted step, not yet a fully self-service action; email support@nexusplus.ai to request it.

Your controls

• Revoke a connection — disconnect any provider or any AI assistant at any time from Settings; this immediately stops future access.
• Archive or delete a contact — from the contact's page, at any time.
• Delete a list — removes the list and its contacts from Nexusplus, and the Nexusplus-written markers from your connected providers.
• Access, correct, or export your data — email support@nexusplus.ai. We will respond to and act on legitimate requests within a reasonable time.

Cookies and sessions

Nexusplus uses session cookies to keep you signed in, issued by our authentication provider. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind.

Children

Nexusplus is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
